The Journey Method is one of the most powerful healing modalities I have encountered on my own healing path. Brandon Bays who pioneered the process healed herself of a basketball size tumour in her stomach. Brandon came from a background in healing and wellness and had worked with renowed trainers. She intuited the Journey process through her own healing crisis and since then The Journey Method has helped thousands of people globally.
I am an advanced practitioner in The Journey Method and I have done over 3000 Journey Sessions & helped hundreds of people overcome fears and heal from many different emotional and physical issues . My training started in 2006 during a period of self discovery and I saw how powerful the results of this process could be. Today I work with clients worldwide via Skype or in person in Cheshire, UK.

Frequently asked questions
The Journey is a 'closed eye', guided process that can be done over Skype or in person.
During your session you will ideally be seated in an upright, comfortable position and in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
You will be fully aware at all times during the session, as I gently guide you to uncover any blockages.
The journey is a very powerful process that seems to weave its magic into your life, forgiveness happens in many ways and it will happen for you, just not maybe how you expect.
The Journey works by clearing old, emotional and physical patterns, which we tend to suppress in today’s society. They usually start as negative or unwanted childhood experiences, which build up inside and are very often the root cause of stress, tension and health issues in later life.
As children we witness things that leave imprints on us, we are too young to understand them and can take them the wrong way.
These experiences shape and define how we act as adults and can lead to unhealthy behaviour and emotional issues, often manifesting as health problems and stress.
For example, a seemingly innocent childhood event: such as a child who feels abandoned in a shopping trolley because mummy has gone out of view, can imprint a pattern of abandonment which can then cause problems in future relationships.
Serious traumatic events can happen anytime in life and leave us feeling distraught, unsupported and alone. The Journey can help us comes to terms with our feelings and release any old, negative emotions, so we can approach life with renewed confidence and joy.
From seemingly straightforward childhood issues to more recent, and serious traumatic events, The Journey can help everyone.
Each session is completely individual and it’s therefore difficult to say how long it will take to help.
Emotions are complex and deeply rooted, for some people single releases can happen quickly, others who have broader issues can take more time.
In my experience most people gain most benefit from three sessions initially.
Some of my clients enjoy my support on an ongoing basis, usually with monthly sessions, others have been happy with three sessions which have helped them get over a single, significant event.
I do offer single sessions, which can help, however I’d recommend we firstly have a chat free of charge to discuss your specific requirements.
No! You can do a journey with no intention and see what the body wants to release, to be honest though most people do come and see me with a vague intention, some times anxiety may be the issue they came in with, but the actual root was loss or grief. The journey naturally unravels this and brings clarity and release.
I am an Advanced Practitioner in The Journey so I have access to lots of different Journey processes and can work with you on many issues in life from emotional suppression to trauma clearance and health issues.
